Who we are
DD Bloom builds websites, software and AI solutions, with people in Hong Kong and India. You can reach us at ddbloom2@gmail.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, contact details and message. This website has no forms. You reach us by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail, and we see only what you send.
What we do not do
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from advertising or tracking services. We never sell or share your details.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to quote, and to do the work you ask for. If you become a client, we keep the records the law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to ddbloom2@gmail.com. This applies under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
WhatsApp and e-mail
Messages you send by WhatsApp or e-mail are handled by those services under their own privacy terms.
